Frequently asked questions
How do two people play on one phone?
Lay the phone flat between you and sit face to face. The top half belongs to Player 1 (its text is turned around to face them) and the bottom half to Player 2. Both of you play at the same time.
Can I play alone?
Yes. Pick a game, choose VS BOT, then pick Casual, Pro or Unbeatable.
Do I need the internet?
No. Every game plays offline. A connection is only used to load ads and to buy or restore Remove Ads.
I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads, or I reinstalled the app
Open Settings → Restore Purchase while you are online and signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. If you paid with a method that is confirmed later, the purchase unlocks once Google confirms it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are sold by Google Play, so refunds go through Google: open the order in Google Play order history and choose “Request a refund”, or see Google Play’s refund help.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, go to Settings → Privacy Choices in the app. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s Settings → Privacy → Ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
DuoClash has no account and keeps nothing about you on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your phone. To cut the link to ad data, reset or delete your advertising ID. More in the Privacy Policy.
One player’s touches don’t register
Make sure each player stays on their own half of the screen. A screen protector or wet fingers can also confuse multi-touch. If it keeps happening, email us your phone model.
