Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Ash Build for using DuoClash. By installing or playing it, you agree to them.
1. The app
DuoClash is a collection of two-player games played on one device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control the content of third-party ads, and links in them lead to sites we do not operate.
3. Remove Ads purchase
- Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, sold and charged by Google Play at the price shown in the app (US$2.99 or the local equivalent). It is not a subscription.
- It removes the app’s ads on any device signed in to the same Google account. Use Settings → Restore Purchase after reinstalling.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the ad-free status ends.
- Some payment methods are confirmed later (“pending”). The purchase unlocks once Google confirms the payment.
4. Playing safely
DuoClash is played with two people touching one screen. Please play in a safe place, take breaks, and keep a firm grip on your phone. Some games use fast motion, flashes and vibration. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, stop playing if you feel unwell, and turn off vibration in Settings if you prefer.
5. What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, music or code, except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction. You may not tamper with ads or purchases, or use the app to break any law.
6. Ownership
The app, its games, artwork, music, sound effects and the DuoClash name and logo belong to Ash Build or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licenses.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering DuoClash, or any game in it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing or to keep your purchase working.
8. Disclaimer
DuoClash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ash Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
